We have had the greatest success with the exchange of Falster Farm's goods and services by using the following system:  

1. You, our customer, gives us a Purchase Order (by phone call, email or letter.) 

   This should include:

       the purchase item;

       date you require receipt;

       shipment method you prefer;

       complete shipping address;

       full contact information (including phone number(s); and,

       your preferred payment method: cash, personal check, PayPal, wire transfer.  

2. We email you an Invoice (this reflects and confirms your purchase order details.)

3. You make a deposit payment or payment in full based on the Total of our Invoice. Semen & Embryos require payment in full; typically, livestock purchases require a 1/3 deposit to hold the animal for your account.
4. We receive that deposit (or Full Payment) and notify you of that fact, we email you a Statement of Account.
5. We prepare the Delivery Package and setup the shipment arrangement and date as per your requirements.
6. Upon delivery you pay any balance due and send us a feed-back note as to how we did on the process. see TESTIMONIALS . . .

Transfer of funds (Purchases) can be handled by Internet payment (PayPal), wire transfer of funds (bank-to-bank), or by your check.

A note on freight:

The price of fuel today is discouraging us from efforts to set a firm delivery price. However, we will deliver your livestock if you find you need that service from us. Our charge is essentially $1.00 per mile, or our actual costs if fuel charges push it up over that.

We have, and continue to made every effort to keep those charges to the lowest minimum. For Example, we have an arrangement with FedEx for a discount of close to 30% for our semen and frozen embryo expedited freight charges. We use the smallest and lightest truck and stock trailer to move your Livestock purchases, assuring the lowest fuel charges.

We have no markup in professional services rendered by the vet for your good health papers requirements etc.. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
